Data processed
The website has no contact forms or user accounts. If you write by email or WhatsApp, the information you send will be processed to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal or provide the service you request.
Technical server logs
When a page is served, the server creates technical access and error logs to keep the website available, protect it and diagnose incidents. These logs may include the IP address, site name, date and time, requested resource, request result, amount of data sent, referring page and browser. They are not used to create profiles or display advertising. The IP address and other log information may be personal data.
Usage and performance measurement
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate information about pages viewed and loading performance. This may include the page path, referral source, country, browser, device and experience metrics such as Core Web Vitals. Cloudflare’s automatic configuration adds a small measurement beacon when pages are served through its network.
According to Cloudflare, Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser local storage, does not create fingerprints to identify individuals and does not track them across websites. The measurement request reaches a Cloudflare data centre with the source IP address as a normal part of the connection; Cloudflare states that the address is discarded at that data centre and is not stored in its databases or logs. Cloudflare states that unaggregated measurement data is retained for seven days and then reduced to aggregate statistics; the dashboard provides data for the previous six months. Purpose and retention
Information provided when you contact Dancau is used to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, manage the professional relationship and related legal obligations. Technical logs are used for the operation and security of the server. Cloudflare statistics are used to understand which pages are viewed and to improve performance; the tool is not used for advertising or profiling. Web server logs are rotated by size and retained in up to three files of no more than 10 MB each; the actual retention period depends on traffic volume.
Legal basis and recipients
Responding to an enquiry is based on pre-contractual steps or the service relationship. Technical logs are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in maintaining the website’s availability and security. Cloudflare provides the network and measurement service described above; data is not sold and analytics is not used for advertising or profiling. Email and WhatsApp are involved only if you choose to contact Dancau through those channels and are also governed by their own terms and policies.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or data portability by writing to jose@dancau.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
