These terms describe the general framework for Dancau services. Each project may have a specific quotation, scope or agreement, which will take precedence where it sets out different terms.
Quotations and scope
Work is carried out in accordance with the scope accepted by the client. Changes, extensions or work outside that scope may be quoted separately. Timescales depend on the availability of access, information, materials, approvals and any other items needed to perform the service.
Technical services
For systems, VPN, backup, NAS, application, automation or migration work, the necessary access and maintenance windows will be agreed. Any work that may involve downtime, sensitive changes or risk to data will be planned with the client in advance.
Backups and data
Where a service includes backup or recovery, the strategy, retention period, destinations and testing will be defined for the project. No backup system removes risk completely, so recovery should be tested periodically.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, licences, cloud platforms, SaaS tools, Google, Microsoft, telecommunications providers and other third-party services are subject to their own terms, pricing and availability.
Web and SEO
SEO work is intended to improve technical quality, content and visibility, but specific permanent positions in search engines or map results cannot be guaranteed because they depend on algorithms and external factors that may change.
Confidentiality and access
Credentials and information provided for the service will be used only for the agreed work. Individual accounts, the minimum necessary permissions and secure access methods are recommended.
Payments and cancellations
Pricing, payment method, milestones, any deposits and cancellation terms will be set out in the relevant quotation or agreement before paid work begins.
